No Child Left Behind (NCLB) federal legislation and Florida statute require that schools provide parents with an annual school status report at the beginning of each school year. The Florida Department of Education has produced a No Child Left Behind/School Public Accountability Report (NCLB/SPAR) for each school containing all the required NCLB indicators, including the indicator on Annual Yearly Progress (AYP).
